Minnesota Mailman Can’t Avoid Surveillance Cameras, Caught In Acts of Bestiality

Champman Polk County

Summary: A mailman in Minnesota was charged with bestiality after being caught with a dog along his mail route.

One Minnesota Mailman should have known better. The hard lesson is that you just never know who has security cameras nowadays with the advancement in technology making them smaller and easier to afford. Brian Chapman, 21, was arrested after a homeowner noticed that the postal worker would enter his garage and remain in there for too long.

Chapman is being charged with burglary and bestiality after making a stop on his route that he shouldn’t have.  The police report claims that he engaged in a “sexual act with a dog” after delivering mail along his rural route outside of Crookston, population 7891.

The dog owner became apprehensive upon noticing “the mailman has been spending a long period of time in his garage.” The owner was planning on calling “the post office to have them tell his mailman to stop going into his garage to leave packages” when he reviewed his security camera footage.

The owner was not home when the mailman would stop by to deliver packages but he “gets notifications on his phone when someone comes onto his property.” His property is setup with security cameras.

Curiosity got the best of the homeowner so he wanted to check what the mailman was doing for so long in his garage. Chapman can be seen entering the garage on February 7 at 1:30 PM and setting down a package. Instead of then turning around and leaving, Chapman engages in a “sexual act with a dog, which was in the garage,” according to Polk County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Kyle Olson.

Polk County has charged him with burglary and bestiality. The burglary charge, a felony, is for entering the garage. The bestiality charge, a misdemeanor, is for the vile acts on the poor dog.
