I met Lindsay at an open house she was hosting in my neighborhood. My husband and I are planning on selling our home in the spring and were curious as to how the real Estate market is doing in our neighborhood. After initially meeting Lindsay and talking to her at the open house she offered to come over and meet with us to give us a free evaluation of our home and what it would list for in the current market. When she came over it was like speaking to a good friend. She made us feel really comfortable and asked us a lot of questions to make sure she fully understood what our goals are in the home selling/buying process. She educated us on the process and how much we could sell our house for in today's market and was not trying to push us to sell right then and there. She also explained the logistics and process of what it will look like selling and then buying our new home. The other thing that I thought really set Lindsay apart from other agents we have met is her follow up and communication. Even though we aren't looking to sell until next year she still checks in with us from time to time via phone/email just to see how we are doing. She makes you feel like you're not just a client but a good friend. Lindsay has a wealth of knowledge and expertise because she works on a team. We will definitely be using her when it's time to sell next year. Thank you Lindsay!
