I met Lindsay at an open house with no intention of her becoming my Realtor. A few days after the open house she contacted me and was so friendly and easy to talk I felt like we were old friends. Even though I wasn't ready to start looking for houses yet I knew that when the time came I would be calling Lindsay. A few months later I let her know I was ready and when we met up at the first showing I was immediately impressed. She had a whole book with all the information of all the listing that we would be going to for that day which included detailed information about the property, neighborhood and really anything that you would want to know before purchasing a home. Each listing also had a notes section and a rating scale which was really helpful. What I liked most about Lindsay, was that she really listened to what I wanted and genuinely cared about getting me my dream property. She found exactly what I wanted and even though it wasn't on the market yet, she took the initiative to talk to the owners and worked it out so I didn't have to worry about competing with other buyers. The sale was clean and easy, and the whole process went smooth and quick. I recommend Lindsay to anyone looking to buy a home.
