For Karla Kincade, Senior HRRepresentative, Oracle’s acquisition of her former employer, Vitrue, couldn’t havebeen better for her career. “You are able to interact with so manydifferent individuals,” saidKarla when asked what she thought made working at Oracle great. “Wehave a really great team and the collaboration is awesome,” she added.

The ability to workwith so many different organizations causes employees like Karla to engage incross-training, which yields a series of potential growth opportunities. “Havingthis allows me to learn from every organization in the company, not just HR,” shementioned.
