3.PENDING- THIS HOME IS ABOUT TO CLOSE. WAITING ON A STORE TO CLOSE JUST MEANS THAT THE OTHER HOUSE YOU WANTED WILL CLOSE, TOO.

4.CONTINGENT CS- THESE SELLERS HAVE A DEAL, BUT THEY ARE STILL LOOKING FOR THEIR HOME. THEY PROBABLY WON'T WANT ANYMORE OFFERS, EITHER.

5. ESTIMATED APPRAISAL- THIS IS THE DOLLAR AMOUNT ZILLOW THINKS YOUR HOME IS WORTH.PERSONALLY, I'D JUST LOOK UP THE LAKE COUNTY ASSESSOR SITE TO FIGURE OUT THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF A HOME. OR, BETTER YET, HAVE ME COME TO YOUR HOME, AND I'LL GIVE YOU A BETTER ESTIMATE THEN ZILLOW DOES!
