If you’re looking for a high producer, this unit is a rental machine and should provide a steady flow of income for the future. One of the reasons why it does so well is because the sellers thought to add double bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. This is attractive to tourists since one of the biggest concerns they have has to do with how many people the unit can sleep. When you include the pull out sofa, you can easily sleep 8-10 people in this unit.

When you walk through the front door, the guest room will be on the left, so the window for this room will face north. As you can see, this room comes with a full bathroom which is very convenient. You’ll continue to walk down the hall where you will pass a closet with the washer/dryer and then be greeted with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and incredible view of the Gulf.
The kitchen is fully equipped of course and comes with a bar that can seat 2-3 people. Notice the attractive granite counter tops that flow nicely with the cabinet color.
The 10th floor provides fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you’re too high in a complex, your view isn’t as great plus you have the element of vertigo. If you’re located on the lower floors, your view is mainly of the beach. At this level you have a great view of both.
By the way, this unit comes fully furnished so all you need to bring is your toothbrush.

The balcony is spacious and (due to the design of the building) you have incredible views to the east. Many other condo complexes only have the southern view because the sides of the balcony are solid.
