I happened to have a nutritionist friend who always convinced me to eat healthy. She made a lot of sense that I found myself trying to eat fruits and vegetables and then loving it. Today, I seldom eat meat and processed Food and instead I prefer plant-based foods. This article here talks about the foods that can enhance brain function and make you smarter. I’ve been researching about how food affects the human health mentally and physically, and to my surprise there have been a lot of research about it. Many research studies found that eating fruits and vegetables can help people improve their overall health, manage weight, increase their protection against a wide variety of ailments and enhance their brain heath and function.
