Courtesy of StarVista LIVETwo Motown legends, The Four Tops and Martha Reeves of Martha and the Vandellas, will take part in a new travel and entertainment experience celebrating the Motor City called All Access Pass Live: Detroit. The event will run from April 22 to April 25, 2017, and will include a unique musical performance, as well as tours of several historic Detroit sites.
Reeves will host a private tour of the Motown Museum, during which she will share anecdotes and recollections about her experiences as a recording artist for the label, as well as about her stint as the company's secretary.
All Access Pass Live: Detroit also will feature a special private concert by the current Four Tops lineup, including founding member Duke Fakir, that will be held at the famous nightclub The Roostertail. The show will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the group's album Four Tops -- LIVE, which was recorded in the Upper Deck club that was opened inside The Roostertail in 1965. The band will recreate the album for the attendees, who will then get to meet The Four Tops backstage and hear Fakir share some memories about the original concert.
Other activities planned for the All Access Pass Live: Detroit experience include meals at some of the city's best restaurants, trips to sites focusing on Detroit's auto industry and events hosted by Motown artists and other Detroit luminaries.
