My predictive text wanted me to write pub of the world but the award was for CAMRA Thanet Pub of the Year. With the Thanet Beer Festival over the Easter Bank Holiday again this year the prestigious award drew many more visitors to The Two Halves. Shaun and Jackie put on an extra few barrels and many new customers left happy at  having been able to sample the new beers Shaun had available. There is always a great selection of beers craft ciders wines and artisan gins. Shaun is able to offer a gluten free beer as well. I am not sure how many different beers has had on since opening but it must run into hundreds. I am sure all my readers wish Shaun and Jackie all the very best  and congratulations for winning the Thanet CAMRA Pub of the year.
