Resident’s public meeting on Burien Annex closing will be TONIGHT

Burien resident/activist John White tells us that he’s hosting another public meeting to discuss the closing of the Burien Annex TONIGHT – Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, starting at 7:30 p.m.

This free and open meeting will be held at Marlaina’s Mediterranean Kitchen, located at 643 SW 152nd Street (map below). Guests can just show up.

“Let’s share a meal and discuss next steps! This is an invitation to all 7 of the non-profits affected by the City of Burien’s decision to close the Annex.”

“David Templeton will be playing live piano on the Grand Steinway, while we eat.

“This invitation is also extended to those in the community that are wanting to help these nonprofits in their time of need.”

WHEN:Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, starting at 7:30 p.m.

SPECIAL GUESTS: Ted Hentschell of Hentschell & Associates (Insurance Company) and others willing to provide support will be addressing the group.
