B-TOWN BIZ: Burien Pizzeria will open with Seattle’s ‘oldest bar’ Tues., Aug. 28

The new Burien Pizzeria will open its doors to the public starting Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 3 p.m.

The new dining establishment will feature handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, fresh salads, delicious meatballs and a great bar.

“We can’t wait!!”

One feature we’re excited about is that this fun joint includes the historic old back bar from the J&M Cafe in Pioneer Square.

“Seattle’s oldest bar…is in Burien!” Danny House told The B-Town Blog (the bar is located on the west side of the interior).

Here’s raw footage from a live Facebook video broadcast on Thursday night, Aug. 23:

“If you can’t make it out for day one, visit us any other time!”
