At around 12 noon, the leaders will reach Kheri parliamentary constituency, where Rahul Gandhi will address a public gathering in support of party candidate Zafar Ali Naqvi, according to party media coordinator Piyush Mishra.
Priyanka Gandhi will start her day's campaign with rallies in Khaga, Ghazipur and Fatehpur. Around 2 p.m., she will leave for Bundelkhand in a helicopter. She will hold a road show in Mahoba district and then addressing gatherings for the party candidate in Hamirpur.
Rahul Gandhi will also visit Lakhimpur, along with party in-charge for western Uttar Pradesh Jyotiraditya Scindia.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Congress in-charge for eastern UP, will embark on the second leg of her campaign from Wednesday with a three-day tour of Fatehpur, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jhansi, Orai, Jalaun and Barabanki constituencies.
"This will be her second visit to Fatehpur within 10 days. It shows the constituency is looking up," said a party insider who is involved in the campaign.
On Wednesday, Priyanka will address one public meeting each in Khaga and Gazipur areas of Fatehpur for party nominee Rakesh Sachan, and later take part in roadshows and rallies in Mahoba and Rath areas of Hamirpur for Pritam Lodhi.
On Thursday, the Congress leader will lead a roadshow in Jhansi for party candidate Shiv Saran Kushwaha and follow it up with meetings in Ghursarai, Orai and Jalaun, where the party has fielded Dalit leader Brij Lal Khabri.
On Friday, she will conduct a roadshow in Unnao in favour of party nominee Annu Tandon and follow it with meetings in Dewa Sharif and Barabanki.
She will wrap up the tour with a roadshow in Barabanki in support of Tanuj Punia, son of Congress General Secretary P.L. Punia.
In the first leg of her eastern UP campaign, Priyanka took a boat ride along the Ganga from Prayagraj to Varanasi to expose Prime Minister Narendra Modi's claims about the river clean-up and highlight the plight of population living on its banks.
The Congress is hoping for a turnaround in its fortunes in the tightly contested poll battle in UP.
