5 things you can do while stuck in traffic
Here are a list of Five things you can do while stuck in traffic.
As we all are a victim of Traffic and with every single day the number of cars are growing. Traffic jams are a very common sight and living through them are DIFFICULT!! Stress , boredom and anger starts to grow.
1) Read a book:
Always keep a pocket sized books in your bag or in your car they will come in very handy as you can always go back to them while Stuck in traffic. Reading will divert you attention from the traffic on the road to the wonderlands of the Unknown. Reading can never go wrong.
2) Make a list of things You appreciate:
Another good way to get away with the anxiety and stress of the traffic is making a list of things you appreciate in life. This way you will feel a lot better and can thank God for the things you do have in life. Such acts in the longer run will bring you happiness and peace.
3) Deep breathing:
Stressing over the traffic, getting late and having no control can be nerve wracking. Love through life and traffic by easy deep breathing exercises which will keep you calm, content and ahead of situations. This will relax your brain bringing you more clear picture of your life. Meditate!!!
4) Organize you bag/wallet:
In our busy lives we tend to ignore the tiny stuff which matter a lot as we are busy doing other things. Utilise this time to organize your bag or your wallet which can save you the hassle of finding stuff later. Throw all those tissue papers and wrappers away. (Littering roads is bad tho).
This is the time when you have to yourself and you can avail it to self talk. You Can repeat motivational and inspirational quotes to yourself which will help you feel good about yourself and will keep you going further in life. Love yourself and celebrate who you are!!
