There has been a 25 % Surge in the enrolment of students in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in the state of Maharashtra. The exam is scheduled to be held on March 12 and 13. According to experts this rise can be attributed to several investments made under the central government’s Make in India Campaign programme and thus an increasing need of management professionals in the country.

As many as 74,000 students from the state have registered for Entrance Test, as compared to 60,000 students appearing last year.
The Common Entrance Test Cell had invited applications for the MAH-MBA/MBA/MMS-CET 2016 to be conducted for admission to courses at government, university-managed and unaided colleges in the state.
The CET, scheduled to be held in mid-March will consist of objective type questions. There will not be any penalty for wrong answers. There would be five choices for each question. Those who qualify in the written test will have to appear for few other rounds of tests.
