1. CBSE CTET 2016: Admit cards out

CBSE has released the e-admit card of the candidates for the 9th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), to be held on 21^st February 2016 (Sunday)

1. World’s best small universities 2016

Two Indian universities were placed in the list of top 20 ‘World’s Best Small Universities Ranking 2016′ published by the Times Higher Education. The debut list was released in London where IIT Guwahati was placed at the 14^th position whereas Savitribai Phule Pune University was placed at the 18^th position in the list.

1. SSC Jobs in February 2016

SSC will be releasing notifications for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Entrance test- Tier 1 on February 13. The application process starts on 13th February 2016 and last date of submission of applications will be 14th March 2016.

1. UPSC forms expert committee for seeking public opinion on quotas

UPSC has formed an expert committee to collect public opinions on various issues such as relaxation of age limits and raising the number of attempts in case of SC (Scheduled castes) and ST candidates to appear for the civil services exams.

1. FCI Direct Recruitment Results

Food Corporation of India (FCI) has released the results of direct recruitment for Cat – III post in west zone. The students can check the results from the site http://fci.gov.in/.
