During this episode Lisa talks with me about the inner Doctor. She says there are several control panels in our bodies that allow us to exercise preventative maintenance on our bodies, and to also relieve pain.
Lisa reviews those control panels and shares examples of what you can do to preempt pain before its onset. She gives and example of one of her friends who got ill and how she used the strategy to recover. Also, Lisa shares how she was able to use her own strategies when she climbed 19,000 feet to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
