What you need to succeed :
1.3-5 Yrs exposure in Java, J2EE, JMS, Spring, Servlets, Hibernate, EJB etc.
2.Bachelors in Computer science from a Premiere institute
3.Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
4.Strong written and oral communication skills.
5.Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
6.Strong team building skills.
7.Ability to solve problems and look at solutions from different perspectives
8.Have the right focus towards best practices like coding standards and other.
9.Java/J2EE (JDBC) with exposure on Spring and Hibernate is must
10.Experience working with Java Messaging is desired
11.Experience on Server side Technologies such as SOAP/Restful Web-Services.
12.Knowledge of Ant/Maven will be preferred.
13.Experience with JavaScript and cross-browser support issues desired
14.Knowledge of Ruby/PHP will be big plus
15.Implement the front-end using modern HTML5 and Javascript
