The Forest Preserve in Sea Pines

Do you know about The Sea Pines Forest Preserve? There are 605 acres of undeveloped land in The Forest Preserve, which was founded by Charles Fraser amp; his family. The covenants protect the preserve and prevent homes amp; commercial buildings from being developed on the land. This is the largest tract of undeveloped land on Hilton Head Island. Over 15,000 years of changing sea levels have sculpted this land. You will find remnants of some of the areas first inhabitants.
