General Requirements :

For all Experience Manager position : S1 / S2 in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification

For all Experience / Specialist position : S1 / S2 in Economic, Engineering or equivalent professional qualification

For Fresh Enginering position : S1 in Engineering or related qualification

For Fresh Finance Staff position : S1 in Finance, Accounting or related qualification

For Fresh ICT position : S1 in Information Technology or related qualification

For position no 30-32 : Diploma or S1 in any major (For position 30-31, degree in Social will be advantage)

For position no 33 : S1 in Psychology or related qualification

Especially for Fresh Engineering from reputable university, with minimum S1 degree, GPA 3.00 - scale 4

For Fresh Engineering position : min. 0-2 years in same position or related position

For Chief / Lead Engineering bilaboong.com position should have experience for 5 years in Oil & Gas Project, Oil & Gas company, EPC Project or EPC company

Good communication in English both oral & written (min. Score for TOEIC = 600), flair for detail and result oriented

Specific Requirements :

No. 1 should have background in Civil, Industrial & Mechanical Engineering

No. 10 should have background in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Chemical Engineering

No. 11, 17, 18 especially for Civil Engineer

No. 16, especially for Mechanical Engineering, Having more than 6 years of experience in the scope of work engineering, construction, pre commissioning, commissioning and start-up in the whole mechanical bilaboong.com building facilities such as HVAC System, Overhead Crane, Elevator, Plumbing & Fire Fighting inside building execution in petrochemical, cement plant oil & gas project. Familiar with HVAC and Building Mechanical Facility Code such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144, NFPA, CMAA, ASME, UP. Can do the standards for building engineering design

No. 3-9, 12-15, 19-27 should have background in engineering or related discipline (Or All Discipline)

No. 2, 14, 15 preferable for Engineer that have chemical engineering background and especially for No. 15 (Interface Engineer) having more than 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas Company or EPC Company

No. 25-27, should have experiences minimum 10 years in same position in Offshore Oil & Gas EPC Project or Oil & Gas Company

No. 40, Human Capital Learning & Development General Manager should have experiences min. 5 years in same position and involve in implementing software based Human Capital Management System

No. 34-39, For Manager should have experiences min. 5-10 years in same position in Oil & Gas EPC Project or Oil & Gas Company

No. 41-43, For Specialist should have experiences min. 5 years in same position in Oil & Gas EPC Project or Oil & Gas Company

No. 41-42, For Specialist - have at least experiences iin System ISO 9000, Organization Development and Management strategy

No. 43, For EPC Contract Specialist - Min. 5 years of working experience in handling contractual matters in EPCIC Project and Degree in law will be advantage
