Core knowledge on Windows 7, 8 & 10 OS
Good experience in PC, Laptop, Printer & OS troubleshooting (Win 7/8/10)
Hands on experience on hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience in MS Office/Outlook 2010/2013/2016 troubleshooting
Hands on experience on Video Conferencing technology
Basic knowledge about Exchange, Mailbox & DL management
Basic knowledge about Windows Server Platform
Good knowledge of Active directory concepts and experience in Users & Group, GPO Management
Good knowledge on FSMO roles
Good working Experience of Windows, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
Good working Experience in dealing with Backup management & issues (Any one Backup Technology, preferably Commvault)
Good working knowledge of Networks, WIFI, should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
LAN, WAN & VPN Management
