Description :

Individual is responsible for providing Application Production for all J2EE Apps in FAST Vertical. The role requires excellent communication, debugging and Triage skills.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and delivery of services in accordance with ITIL guidelines and standard process guidelines within the agreed SLA’s
Debug and fix production issues by analyzing java code, complex sql queries & stored Procedures
Perform system/server health checks using CA Wily Introscope .Drive automation and process improvements
Manage SLAs and escalations

Mandatory skills :
Experience in production support
Experience in Java/J2EE – Spring, Hibernate, Web services
Experience in Database – Oracle SQL
Experience in OS – Unix

Desired skills:
Experience in Siebel or .Net
Experience in java script & Jquery
Experience in Weblogic/Websphere
