Description :
  • Relationship Manager at Hospital for all the BAGIC customers
  • Right from the admission of the customer/patient till the discharge the RM will assist our customer with everything
  • Ensuring hassle free claim settlement
  • To go hand in hand with Hospital TPA desk and resolving customer issues/ complaints if there are any.
  • To call the customers who he assisted and take feedbacks/suggestions from them.
  • Pitching new products to the customer and cross selling.
  • RM will get the Travelling allowances/Mobile Allowances/ Performance Incentives/Cross sell Incentives.
