Senior Software Engineer ::

4+ years of experience test development (Java and/or Python) technologies
4+ years of experience development (Java and/or Python) technologies
Experience in quality engineering and building test automation frameworks
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST), API Validation (i.e. https://assertible.com/ ), and documentation (i.e. https://swagger.io/ )
Experience with relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)
Experience with Selenium, Web Driver, JUnit, JMeter or other similar test frameworks

Customer Support Engineer (Product support)::

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
About 2 years programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
Strong troubleshooting/root cause isolation skills with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, XML, Web Services.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Previous experience in software development or software consulting and support is preferable
2 years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)
Must be proficient with analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
