Description :
- Experience 2-3 years (Only candidates who have good experience working on Excel should apply) for Payroll Executive & 1-2 years for HR Generalist.
- Manipulation of wage concerns / Statutory compliance
- Pre-paid payroll activities and activities (Attendance / leave management / Speed change programming)
- Preparation and publication of the Human Resources Letter
- Treatment of gratification, PF and ESIC processes and concerns Etc.,
- And any other activity awarded according to the conditions of employment.
- Generate employee codes and keep data on SAP from hiring to separation.
- Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately.
Mandatory Documents to be carried for Interview:
- Copies of the Latest Resumes
- Photo Identification Card ( E.g. Passport / driving license etc )
- Photographs – 3
- Latest Pay Slips
- Mark sheets – SSC/Intermediate /UG/PG
