Description :
- Must be technically sound with computer operation

Job Role :
- Will be required to provide remote support to the website and / or application for customers, service team and branches by understanding and resolving their issues.
- Maintain data and record respective activities.
- Create different types of MIS reports.
- Manage internal applications related to different processes, websites, applications, Web services.
- Monitor and manage on-line servers to ensure they are functioning properly and take necessary action, if necessary.
