ROSEBURG, OREGON – After investigating the usage of a stolen credit card, the Roseburg Law Enforcement detained a guy. Around 4:30 p.m., the victim reported unauthorized usage of his credit cards to the RPD. Daniel Leonard Sherman, 44, traveled to ten different shops across city and made two online transactions using stolen credit cards he obtained in a purse on Tuesday.
