Exactly 3 months and 15 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a Computational Modeling Expert form China, he received notification of case approval from the USCIS. Although our client opted to take the Premium Processing (PP) route, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE), which significantly lengthened the overall timeline.
