Natgasoline LLC, a jointly owned greenfield methanol production facility by OCI NV (OCI) and Consolidated Energy Limited (CEL), has achieved the major milestone of Mechanical Completion. AkzoNobel Speciality Chemicals and Ineos Nitriles have signed a long-term cooperation agreement that will allow AkzoNobel to expand its production of biodegradable chelates, utilizing one of Ineos Nitriles’ chemical products. Versum Materials Inc (VSM), a leading materials supplier to the semiconductor industry has opened a new research and development (R&D) facility at its semiconductor materials manufacturing site in Hometown, Pennsylvania (US).
