Responsibilities:
- Program maintenance and servicing requirements of wide range vehicle fleet
- Deliver / pickup vehicles for repair
- Validate quotes material, parts and labor costs prepared by car shops
- Obtain required association or village stickers for vehicle fleet
- Update, organize and store all vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure all vehicle registration and insurance coverage are renewed
- Facilitate document. permits related to vehicle storage, hauling, shipment or transit with various departments, agencies and associations
- Prepare purchase requisitions needed for vehicle maintenance
- Communicate proper and safe use of vehicles to user and obtain needed feedback on vehicle performance and failure
- Report weekly plan and actual activities to vehicle fleet manager
- Do other vehicle related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of automotive technology course, TESDA certified preferred.
- With Professional Drivers License (car / motorcycle)
- 3 Years experience in car servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- With strong planning, organizing, communication and logistics skills
- Customer service oriented
- Willing to work longer hours and during Holidays
Company Driver for Batangas City Area
Responsibilities:
- Providing transportation service to the company
- Perform duty as messenger as required
- Performs basic maintenance check of the vehicle such as gasoline level check, oil level, brake and clutch fluid, water, air conditioning system, electrical system and tire pressure among others.
Qualifications:
- At least College level or High School graduate with NC II Driving certification from TESDA
- With Professional Drivers License
- With at least 2 years work experience as driver
- With knowledge in vehicle troubleshooting techniques
- Willing to work within Batangas
- Willing to work overtime
