So, if you want to lose weight, either skip your morning juice in favour of tea or coffee, or choose one of the low-calorie “healthy choice” juices now available. You’ll get the same sweet-tart flavour without all the calories.

Tip #7: Deep Breathe

Focus on proper breathing while doing crunches to really get rid of that belly. You must fully exhale at the top of your abdominal crunch movements. This makes your abdominal muscles work harder, which means you’ll see results much faster.
