The pace of growth and change in the IT Field has been evolving at an exponential rate. It is essential for an IT recruiter to keep track of new and emerging trends in technology. Things can change on a weekly – if not daily – basis. We have to constantly keep updating ourselves on new advances in order to be able to advise our clients and candidates appropriately and be subject matter experts in our field.
