CFMS Bill Status

• Login to Official AP CFMS Portal. – http://cfms.ap.gov.in
• On the Homepage, Select Citizen Services and Click on Expenditure.
• Select Bill Status Option.
• Fill Citizen Bill Status page with correct information.
• Enter Year along with Bill Number and Click Submit.
• You will Successfully get all AP CFMS Bill Status Details. (DDO, District, Treasury Office, HOA, Gross Amount, Deduction and Net amount, Including Approved or Not Approved Status)

CFMS Challan Status

• Login to Official AP CFMS Portal. – http://cfms.ap.gov.in
• On the Homepage of AP CFMS, Click on Check CFMS Challan Status
• Now, Click on the Know Your Challan option in Right hand side of your computer screen.
• Now Fill in all the Details Correctly. (Challan Date, Mobile Number, Remitter Name, Remitter ID, Email ID & Click Submit)
• Now, Enter CFMS Transaction ID, Department Transaction ID, Challan Number and Bank Reference ID.
• Now, Click on Submit Button.
• It will successfully show you all the details of your CFMS challan status.

• Go to Official CFMS ID Search Option Page – https://apfinance.apcfss.in/searchEmployeeCodeSap.do?status=searchEmployee&fromFin=true
• Enter Your Old HRMS Employee Code. (7 Digits)
• Now, Click on Submit Button.

Search CFMS Beneficiary Account Statement

• Select with which option you want to search Like Aadhar Card, PAN Number, Bank Account Number, Beneficiary Number and Request Number.
