Senior and Junior Animator-2D Flash
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Draft, design and produce high quality animation.
Provide feedback to the entire team on a regular basis.
Work closely with our animators, artists and technical departments in order to identify and solve problems.
Must be able to communicate artistic and technical concepts clearly and concisely in either verbal or written format in order to guide team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in 2D Flash Animation is required for junior animator.
Minimum 2 plus years of experience in 2D Flash Animation is required for senior animator.
Must have a strong sense of animation timing, posing, weight and storytelling.
Should include portfolio link on CV for senior animator.
Able to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be flexible and willing to learn.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.

BG Artist
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Create visual direction for characters, props, and/or sets as assigned for use by various asset departments within the pipeline.
Gather suitable reference material from various sources.
Produce concept art digitally.
Revise work as per Show Director and/or Art Director feedback.
Provide creative input where appropriate.
Work in adherence to budget and schedule constraints while maintaining the show’s overall look and mood.
Troubleshoot creative and technical issues as they arise.
Communicate the visual direction to all stakeholders.
Review of competitive products from an art perspective.
Be a positive and creative force on the team.
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of experience Illustrator, Photoshop, Manga Studio.
Degree or diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent is an added advantage.
Experience in storyboard and animatic production is considered as strong asset.
Strong drawing & painting skills with the ability to produce visually appealing artwork.
1+ years of Art Department experience, preferably within the feature animated film industry.
Strong work ethic and team player.
Multi-Tasker and self-starter who thrives in small, team-oriented environment.

Business Development Executive
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies in animation industry.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetingsand conferences.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database of prospective client information.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; direct client meets; closing sales and working with client through closing process.
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Maintaining a pipeline of work flow.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Requirements:
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Experience in animation industry is an added advantage.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with clients and other business ventures.
Prefer MBA holders.
Two plus years of experience; previous experience in business development, client handling, lead generation, and ability to close client requirements in an effective way.
Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
Demonstrated and proven results.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
