INEC ADhoc Staff Recruitment Application Form (Apply Here)

Requirement: Must be a Public / Civil servant on Grade level 10 – 14 OR A Registration Area Officer (INEC Staff).


Requirement: Must be a staff (GL 07 and above) of the school / Institution / Public building hosting the RAC.


Requirement: Applicant Must be either;
→ A Serving Corps member
→ A penultimate student of a Federal/State tertiary institution in Nigeria
→ A staff of an MDA with an OND qualification
→ A former corps member (Not later than 2017 batch)


Requirement: Applicant Must be either;
→ A Serving Corps member
→ A penultimate student of a Federal/State tertiary institution in Nigeria
→ A staff of an MDA with an OND qualification
→ A former corps member (Not later than 2017 batch)


Requirement: Applicant here Must also be either;
→ A suitable INEC staff (not engaged in any other duties)
→ A serving corps member where available
→ A student of Information Technology institutions
→ A penultimate student of a Federal Tertiary Institution.

How to Start  INEC ADhoc Staff Recruitment Application Online Registration

  1. To get started you have to visit the INCE ADhoc Staff official registration portal (
  2. The page opens completely the registration form. from the image screen below you will see that the INEC form already explain what you should do on every step of the form as you complete them. See image below;

  3. To begin, you have to select the available position you suite. Once that is selected, the second stage of the form loads for you to also select your qualification.
  4. Then the next is your email address. You also have to confirm that the email address is correct by repeating the same email address in the next box.
  5. Enter the verification code that appears on your screen. That code is a proof that you’re not a robot carrying out an application.
  6. Now tap the button to submit your application.Note: before hitting on the button, make sure you are happy with every information provided on this page, as it can’t be edited once submitted.
  7. ON clicking the submit button, the next screen you should see is to create a password. So let’s continue…Click the “Save and Continue” to move you to the next level

This is the main registration form, where you have to provide qualifications, contact information, bank information and you have to upload all necessary documents required to backup your applications, including a passport photograph of you the applicant.Sample of Main INEC ADhoc registration form
    Please note that for this tutorial we selected Current Position Applied for as PRESIDING OFFICER (PO). SO your form will have a little difference. All depends on the position you aspired to apply! 
  9. After you have gone through the information provided and you’re happy with it then click on Next to start the uploads of your documents. And once you are done you also have to follow other instruction up-to the level you have finally completed the INEC ADhoc Staff Recruitment Application process.
  10. The next level is to Fill in the details of your referees.
  11. Once you have provided the referees, you have to check the box called “Attestation box” before clicking on “submit application”.Please note that by checking the box, you have stood to your words that Every information provided, will be subjected to validation from your source institutions/organization/referees.
