Our Latest Training Academy
Amy, Tom, Milo, and Hannah made our second Training academy for 2016 great. Since we recruit purely against competencies rather than previous experience on a CV, they already had many of the skills required for their potential to flourish.
Each one of them has proven their ability and demonstrated high levels of personal development throughout the 8-week academy. That’s what the academy is about, giving you the tools and support to build your own future. After all, autonomy is one of core competencies!
Our most recent academy had over 350 applicants! We then conducted more than 75 telephone interviews and held face to face meetings with 30 people. Now, we look at doing it all over again, 3 more times in fact. We’re giving recruitment newbies a chance to grow their skill set and work in a company that does recruitment a differently.
We recruit people, not numbers. We don’t believe in micromanagement or blanket KPI management techniques. Instead, we offer a mature environment with autonomy and freedom. For more on what life is like at ISL, see our Work for Us page.
