Design Thinking to Produce Changes

In study after study, leaders say that fostering Innovation and the need for transformational change are among their top priorities.  But they also report struggling with how to engage their cultures to implement the changes necessary to maximize their innovative targets.

In discussing the authors work together, they came to a conclusion: "Design Thinking is a missing link through which organizations are increasing their capability to innovate and create meaningful customer experiences.  Are we observing a business mega-trend in the making?
