Downtown San Diego Active Listings Dip Below 200
As this graph shows, housing inventory in Downtown San Diego peaked in 2010 with over 600 units for sale. However, since January of 2013, available inventory has hovered between 200-300. With such a small volume of inventory available and sales going up, the 92101 zip code is a strong seller’s market.
As the above graph indicates, Median Sales Price for homes in Downtown San Diego 92101, have been steadily increasing since a low in 2009.
