Conduct recruitment analysis and database
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Receiving hiring requests from the company’s different departments
Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers and gross salaries
Source potential candidates on all recruitment channels
Working hours: from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
