List Of Worth Properties Owned By Mallya
Vijay Mallya, the one-time billionaire is world famous personality. He has 13 properties across worldwide. They are across Delhi, Kolkata, Bangluru and Mumbai as well as in Scotland and Hong Kong. The properties are worth about $100 million i. e. Rs. 680 crores. Out of which the worth half value property is in Niladri. That is why he is famous worldwide as one-time billionaire. To be very specific about the properties, he has asset like Niladri and his residence on Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi.
The property in Mumbai Nildari is worth about Rs. 350 crores. It is a sea-facing 2000 sq. meter property having 2400 sq meter built up area. This has been Vijay Mallya’s most lovely residence since 1984. He also owns under construction penthouse at Kingfisher towers in Banglore. Well, this asset is not a part of USL.
The USL also has ownership of Keillour Castle at Perthshire in Scotland. The estimated value of the property comes around $1.5 – 2 million. He has overseas residence at various places such as a house at Clifton Estate in Cape Town, South Africa; A condo at Trump Plaza in New York; house in Sausalito, California and a house on Baker Street in London.

Vijay Mallya is wanted in several cases. Most of the cases are relating to loan defaults. The total defaults come around Rs.6,000/- crores which is truly worth resulting in collapse of Kingfisher Airlines. The USL has been keen on selling the property in Scotland so as to pare Rs. 4000 crores debt.

And he received one year option for buying the properties at a discount of 10% compared to the market value of the property. The one-year time period lapsed this year on 21st February. India’s largest United Spirits (USL) is now planning to inform the Mallya about the same. Presently, he is staying in London since March 2016. They are informing to Vijay Mallya about the plan to proceed the auction of his worth million property. But Mallya declined to comment on such procedure.
