Rigorous Control of Documents

Since the data shared on the DilRoom platform is sensitive in nature, Oodrive maximized the degree of their security in order to optimize the confidentiality of user/customer information. DilRoom ensures the rigorous control of documents using advanced security features, such as dynamic watermarks that are automatically applied to documents previewed online, DRM control of files (rights of action on remote documents), and the “read only” mode.

Impermeability

DilRoom VDR allows total impermeability of the information stored in the shared space. Participants are not able to know of the existence of other participants. Access to them is completely sealed.

Authentication and Encryption

Multiple authentication and encryption mechanisms are used to optimize the security guaranteed by the solution: strong authentication by digital certificates or SMS, possibility of suspending access with a single click, protection of encryption keys using passphrases chosen by the client or HSM.

Remote Storage

Finally, all data is replicated to remote, ultra-secure hosting sites, which are ISO 27001 certified and they comply with local laws relative to security and data protection (France, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, or Belgium) depending on your location.

Finally, the VDR can be exported in its entirety (files, contacts, operations monitoring, Q&A, etc.) so that you can keep a record of the transaction.
