What is Virtual Vaults?
Virtual Vaults is a Virtual data room (VDR) created in the Netherlands by Virtual Vaults Nederland B.V., which offers users around the globe with a secure, collaborative VDR that can be used to store sensitive information, safely manage transactions and acquisitions, and provide a global cloud-based data room that can be accessed by the appropriate parties from anywhere.
Available in English and Dutch, this software uses a proprietary license and can be accessed through the cloud (online) as well as on just about any mobile device through their mobile-versioned website.
There are three specific virtual data rooms offered by Virtual Vaults:
- Real Estate
Virtual Vaults is intended for all business types and sizes, from SMBs (small-medium businesses) to large enterprises. Industry solutions include: M&A (sell and buy sides), Post Mergers, Private Equity, Restructuring, Hedge Funds, Finances, Board Reporting, Clinical Studies, Debt Financing, IPO & Exits, Litigation, Distressed Real Estate, Bankruptcy, and more.
Since there are three data room types offered by Virtual Vaults, it is best to first identify which VDR is most in line with your industry needs: M&A, Accountancy, or Real Estate.
- Cloud, SaaS, Online/Web
- No Downloads/Client Needed
- Mobile Website (via web browser)
Virtual Vaults secures your financial, personal, client, and other sensitive data very well. This is a cloud-based software whose working methods and hardware combines in order to offer the right security for SMBs and Large Enterprises.
The platform is very user-friendly and avoid the junk and clutter that many softwares have. Most importantly, the security is the starting point rather than an add-on, and as a main attraction to this VDR, the features are built on top of a secure foundation.
Upon signup with Virtual Vaults, your VDR will be open and ready to use in only 3 hours. You will also get a personal kick off by a member of the Virtual Vaults team.
