“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again and expecting a different result” Albert Einstein Why do I need Interview skills? Today’s job market is one of the toughest in decades. Competition is at its highest not only because the number of highly qualified applicants outstrips the number of jobs available, but also because employers are more nervous than ever of making the wrong hiring choice. This has caused a shift in the way employers hire and their expectations of candidates. Because employers’ expectations have soared, this means the game of interviewing has also changed dramatically.
