The company will use this information you provide in order to update their customer service, atmosphere of the store, and products. This survey is taken online for your convenience.
If you choose to participate in this survey, you will have a chance to leave important feedback about your most recent experiences with the store. The company really wants this feedback so they can learn what works and what doesn’t. This way, they can work towards updating areas and fixing problems so you have a better shopping experience. As an added benefit, you will receive 10 chances to win £1,000 plus win other great prizes valued at £1,500 and also be entered into the draw for a chance to win a £250 TK MAXX gift card. How to Participate in the TK Maxx Customer Satisfaction Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent TK Maxx receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Instructions:
- Go to www.TKMaxxcare.com.
- You will be redirected to the appropriate site.
- Select which type of invitation you have.
- If you received an invitation card, enter the Entry Code found on the card and click Enter. If you received an invitation on your receipt, enter the Store, Register and Transaction Number from your receipt and click Enter. There is a diagram to help you.
- Answer questions about your recent experience. Questions will be multiple choice where you select one or more answers. You may also have a few questions that provide a text box; you type your answer into the box.
- You can enter the sweepstakes when finished with the survey. To do so, follow directions.
