Tech Tips: How to Add a Card to Kantech Entrapass Corporate Edition Access Control System

 In these regular posts, we’ll walk you through “How-To’s” for equipment that we service, and questions that we are regularly asked from you, our customers.

How to Add a User Card to Kantech Entrapass Corporate Edition Access Control System

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Click the Card button.
  3. Click the New button in the toolbar. The Card number field is enabled.
  4. Enter the Card number as found on the access card or fob you’re trying to activate and press the Enter key.
  5. Enter the Card user name.
  6. Click the Access level tab.
  7. Select an Access level from the drop-down list.
  8. Click the Save button.
