According to the development's Instagram account, Monad Terrace is set to top-off later this month (approximately 15 months after officially breaking ground on October 25, 2017). The 14-story tower, designed by Jean Nouvel, will feature " sawtooth honeycomb screens' for full privacy without compromising views.
