MindWell Launches ‘30 Day Mindfulness Challenge’ to Help Employees Lower Stress and Improve Performance

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MindWell

Day Mindfulness Challenge this week after more than one year in

development. The innovative online training teaches mindfulness in the

workplace in just five to 10 minutes a day so employees can experience

In preliminary testing, all participants reported learning the
