Aquatech Waterproofing team building trip to Saint Martin island

The Aquatech Waterproofing team had been working hard all year to fix foundation cracks and waterproof basements in Toronto. We decided that it was time for a well-deserved break, and what better way to recharge than to escape to a tropical paradise? So, we packed our bags and headed off to St. Martin Island for a team vacation. The island is famous for its breathtaking beaches, crystal-clear waters, and wild parties, making it the perfect destination for the team to let loose and have some fun.
When we arrived at the beachfront resort, the team was struck by the stunning views of the ocean and the palm trees. We couldn’t wait to get into our swimsuits and jump into the turquoise waters. The first few days of our vacation were spent lounging on the beach, sipping on fruity cocktails, and working on their tan. We even tried our hand at building sandcastles, but let’s just say that waterproofing is more our area of expertise.

The team also rented a yacht and set sail around the island. We took in the natural beauty of St. Martin from the water and enjoyed some snacks and drinks on the boat. There was even a brief moment where we thought they might have to waterproof the yacht, but thankfully, it was just a small leak.

One of the highlights of the team vacation was playing beach volleyball. We were all super competitive and determined to win, but let’s just say that our skills on the court were a bit shaky. But it didn’t matter because it was all about having fun and bonding as a team.

The nightlife on St. Martin Island was insane! The team hit up some clubs and bars, and we partied like we were waterproofing the club’s roof. The music was great, the drinks were flowing, and we were having the time of our lives. We even tried some local rum, which was so good that we considered bringing it back to Toronto and starting a new waterproofing business.

The team also enjoyed some delicious local seafood, like grilled lobster and conch fritters. We were blown away by the flavors and freshness of the food. We even tried some spicy sauce that made our eyes water, but we didn’t care because we were on vacation and living our best life.


Now, the team is back in Toronto, ready to fix foundation cracks and waterproof basements once again. But this time, we’re doing it with a smile on our faces and a little bit of island spirit. Who knew that a team vacation could be so much fun and also a form of training? Maybe next year, we’ll take on a new waterproofing challenge in a new tropical location. The world is our oyster, and we’re ready to waterproof it!
