BRANCH MANAGER
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor degree or equivalent disciplined service qualification/experience
* At least 5 years-on experience in a operational management role either civilian or disciplined services or commercial security experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work un-supervised and manage a team of junior managers, secretarial and support staff and operational supervisors and up to 700+staff/guards per branch at multiple customer locations.
* Be able to efficiently manage and control assets of the company
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
* Computer literate
* Knowledge of financial, commercial and legal related matters an advantage
* Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country
* Be a customer service people oriented person.
* Local language skills in Bahasa Indonesia
