1st Line Support is provided by our team member with a special skill for finding problems by asking the right questions. Having racked up over ten years Microsoft experience and with knowledge of Java programming and HTML, his unique skills strengthen our support network and rapidly finds answers to all your phone support requests.

Expert Marketing and Account Management

There’s always a lot going on behind the scenes of any successful business, as you know. Our company accountant handles purchase and sales invoices in a timely and efficient manner as well as dealing with customers and managing our bank accounts.

We benefit greatly from her 20 years accounting experience, and also rely on her HR skills. She is the one who looks after our staff through health and safety, holidays and overtime.

Eitex plays an active role in the community, supporting local causes wherever we can. Our marketing director engages with other local businesses through our social media channels, and organises our extremely popular Taster Sessions, as well as keeping our website up to date and liaising with the press and other local media. Having qualified at Leeds University, she’s closely involved in the local community and also runs the What’s On Guide for Pontefract, Castleford and Wakefield.
