- LITE: Shoeboxed team process 50 documents per month, under this plan. Through the user’s own envelopes, these documents may be submitted either digitally or mailing. The envelopes will not be returned and will be shredded at Shoeboxed Headquarters. The cost of Lite plan is $9.95 per month or $99 annually. Time taken for mailed documents is 3-5 business days.
- CLASSIC: For $29.95 per month or for $299 annually, Shoeboxed team will process 150 documents. This is the most popular plan. The documents may be submitted either digitally or mailed in their prepaid magic envelopes or the user’s own envelopes. They return the envelope by default. But the user can choose the option to have their documents shredded at the HQ. Time taken for mailed documents is 2-3 business days.
- Executive: In this plan, the team process 1000 documents per month. The documents can be submitted either digitally, or mailed in their Magic Envelope’s or user’s own envelopes. In Lite plan the user need to mail documents using their own envelopes. While in other plans, the user can mail by using their own envelopes, or by the prepaid envelopes from Shoeboxed. Then the documents will undergo fast processing. After processing the documents will be securely shredded and recycled or returned on the basis of user’s plan level.
Shoeboxed Receipt or Mileage Tracker
This is available as a free download for iPhone and Android. Through this app, the user can take the photo of a receipt, enter a note, tag it as Reimbursable. Finally, submit for processing to Shoeboxed.
It is the easiest way to send documents to Shoeboxed directly from any web browser. Simply navigate to the page which needs to submit for processing. Then click on the Shoeboxed icon, it will capture and submit everything on the web page.
This method helps to submit documents directly from the user’s computer to Shoeboxed, without having access to the user’s account.
This is a good option for DIY users. The users can access the web loader in the web line account. They need to simply drag the documents into the box. If the user wants to process the documents by Shoeboxed team, select the option to process automatically. If this not done then the user needs to enter the documents by themselves.
Forward eReceipts to [email protected] from the email address registered with Shoeboxed. They will add the receipts to the user’s online account. The user can attach multiple or separate files, each will be processing separately. Shoeboxed will not identify e-mail sent from any other e-mail address.
